1. 事業者情報

本ポリシーは、有限会社ミネルバ（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するアプリケーション「BlePad」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、お客様の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

3. 取り扱う情報

本アプリでは、以下の情報を取り扱います。

（1）Bluetooth（BLE）通信に関する情報

  • 周辺の Bluetooth Low Energy（BLE）デバイスのスキャン結果（デバイス名、信号強度等）
  • 接続した BLE デバイスとの間で送受信するコマンドデータ

（2）アプリの利用状況に関する情報

  • 画面の閲覧・操作等の利用状況ログ（Firebase Analytics）
  • 接続に成功した BLE デバイスの名称等のイベントデータ（Firebase Analytics）
  • アプリの動作状況・クラッシュ情報（Firebase Crashlytics）

（3）広告配信に関する情報

  • 広告の表示・効果測定のための識別子および利用状況データ（Google AdMob）

（4）アプリ内課金に関する情報

  • 購入履歴・購入状態。決済は Apple App Store／Google Play の決済システムを通じて処理され、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当社が取得することはありません

（5）端末内にのみ保存する情報

  • 最後に接続した BLE デバイスの情報
  • カスタムリモコンのレイアウト設定

これらの情報は端末内にのみ保存され、当社サーバーに送信されることはありません。

本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号等、個人を直接特定できる情報の入力を求めません。また、位置情報の取得・利用は行いません。

4. 利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

  • 本アプリの機能（BLE 機器の操作、受信データの表示等）を提供するため
  • アプリの不具合の把握・改善のため
  • 広告を配信するため
  • アプリ内課金の処理を行うため
  • お客様からのお問い合わせに対応するため
  • 利用規約・法令等に基づく対応を行うため

5. 第三者提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の情報をご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報が取り扱われます。

  • Firebase（Google LLC）：Analytics（利用状況分析）、Crashlytics（クラッシュレポート）
  • Google AdMob（Google LLC）：広告配信
  • Apple App Store／Google Play：アプリ内課金の決済処理

6. BLE 通信データの取り扱い

本アプリは、Bluetooth Low Energy（BLE）を用いて周辺機器（micro:bit、ESP32 等）と直接通信します。BLE スキャンで得られる周辺機器の情報や、接続後に送受信するコマンドデータは端末内でのみ処理され、当社のサーバーへ自動的にアップロードされることはありません。

6-2. 分析・広告に関する情報の取り扱い

本アプリは Firebase Analytics および Google AdMob を利用しており、これらのサービスは広告識別子（Android の広告 ID／iOS の IDFA 等）を用いる場合があります。取得した情報は、本アプリの利用状況の分析および広告配信の目的でのみ利用され、当社が第三者への提供や本アプリ以外の用途へ転用することはありません。

7. データの保存期間および削除

Firebase Analytics・Crashlytics・AdMob により収集された情報は、各サービス提供者の定める期間、当該サービス提供者のサーバーに保存されます。詳細は各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

端末内に保存される設定情報（接続履歴、カスタムリモコンのレイアウト等）は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます（OS の仕様により挙動が異なる場合があります）。

8. セキュリティ

当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の情報の適切な管理のために、必要かつ合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

9. 未成年者の利用

未成年の方が本アプリをご利用になる場合は、あらかじめ親権者等の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

10. 改定

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy sets out how Minerva, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information in connection with the application “BlePad” (the “App”).

3. Information We Handle

The App handles the following information:

(1) Bluetooth (BLE) communication data

  • Scan results for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices (device name, signal strength, etc.)
  • Command data sent to and received from a connected BLE device

(2) App usage data

  • Screen views and feature usage logs (Firebase Analytics)
  • Event data such as the name of a successfully connected BLE device (Firebase Analytics)
  • App stability and crash information (Firebase Crashlytics)

(3) Advertising data

  • Identifiers and usage data used to serve and measure ads (Google AdMob)

(4) In-app purchase data

  • Purchase history and status. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems; we never receive your payment details such as card numbers

(5) Information stored only on your device

  • The last BLE device you connected to
  • Your custom remote layout configurations

This information stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

The App does not ask you to enter directly identifying information such as your name, address, or phone number, and it does not collect or use location data.

4. Purpose of Use

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the App’s features (controlling BLE devices, displaying received data, etc.)
  • Identify and fix issues, and improve the App
  • Serve advertising
  • Process in-app purchases
  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Comply with our terms of service and applicable law

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The App does, however, use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Analytics (usage analysis), Crashlytics (crash reporting)
  • Google AdMob (Google LLC): advertising
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: in-app purchase payment processing

6. Handling of BLE Communication Data

The App communicates directly with peripheral devices (such as micro:bit or ESP32) over Bluetooth Low Energy. Information obtained from BLE scans and command data exchanged after connecting are processed entirely on your device and are never automatically uploaded to our servers.

6-2. Handling of Analytics and Advertising Data

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA). Information collected is used solely to analyze App usage and to serve advertising; we do not disclose it to third parties or repurpose it beyond these uses.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Information collected via Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and AdMob is retained on each provider’s servers for the period defined by that provider. Please refer to each service’s privacy policy for details.

Settings stored on your device (connection history, custom remote layouts, etc.) are removed when you uninstall the App, though exact behavior may vary by OS.

8. Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the information we handle, and to otherwise manage it appropriately.

9. Use by Minors

If a minor uses the App, they should first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy takes effect as soon as it is posted within the App or on our website.
