本ポリシーは、有限会社ミネルバ（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するアプリケーション「Kelvarune」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における、お客様の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

3. 取り扱う情報

（1）Bluetooth（BLE）・Wi-Fi通信に関する情報

  • 周辺の Bluetooth Low Energy（BLE）Device のスキャン結果（Device 名、信号強度等）
  • Wi-Fi（ローカルネットワーク）で発見した Device の情報（Device 名、IP アドレス・ポート等）
  • 接続した Device（ESP32/Arduino 等）との間で送受信する Metric 値・ログ・イベント・コマンドデータ

（2）アプリの利用状況に関する情報（Firebase Analytics）

  • Onboarding 完了時の選択（Demo を試す／実機に接続）
  • Device への接続開始・成功・失敗（接続方式、成功時のハードウェア種別（例：ESP32、ESP32-S3等）、失敗理由の区分等）
  • Pro 版購入画面へ遷移したきっかけ

上記のイベントに、Device 名・Kelvarune Device ID・BLE アドレス・IP アドレスや、Metric の値・ログ・イベントの内容、ユーザーが入力した文字列（Command の値・メモ・Project 名・Session 名等）は含まれません。これらの情報収集は既定でオンになっていますが、設定画面の「診断データの送信」からいつでもオフに変更できます。

（3）アプリの動作状況・クラッシュ情報（Firebase Crashlytics）

  • アプリの動作状況（クラッシュ発生時のログ、端末機種・OS バージョン等の技術情報）

（4）広告配信に関する情報（Google AdMob）

  • 広告の表示・効果測定のための識別子および利用状況データ

（5）アプリ内課金に関する情報

  • 購入履歴・購入状態（Kelvarune Pro）。決済は Apple App Store／Google Play の決済システムを通じて処理され、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を当社が取得することはありません

（6）端末内にのみ保存する情報（当社サーバーへの送信なし）

  • 保存済み Device の接続先情報（Project の設定）
  • Session 履歴（Pro 限定機能）：接続中に記録した Metric 値・ログ・イベント・コマンド実行履歴
  • Dashboard の表示設定等のアプリ内設定

注記： 上記（6）の情報は端末内にのみ保存され、当社サーバーに送信されることはありません。

本アプリは、氏名・住所・電話番号等、個人を直接特定できる情報の入力を求めません。

本アプリ自体は、GPS 等の精密な位置情報の取得は行わず、位置情報の使用許可を求めることもありません。ただし、Google AdMob が広告配信のため、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報（市区町村レベル等）を取得する場合があります。

4. 利用目的

当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

  • 本アプリの機能（Device の監視・デバッグ・操作、受信データの表示等）を提供するため
  • アプリの不具合の把握・改善のため
  • 広告を配信するため
  • アプリ内課金の処理を行うため
  • お客様からのお問い合わせに対応するため
  • 利用規約・法令等に基づく対応を行うため

5. 第三者提供

当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、お客様の情報をご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、本アプリは以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報が取り扱われます。

  • Firebase（Google LLC）： Analytics（利用状況分析）、Crashlytics（クラッシュレポート）
  • Google AdMob（Google LLC）： 広告配信（IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報を含む）
  • Google User Messaging Platform（Google LLC）： EEA・英国・スイス等における同意管理
  • Apple App Store／Google Play： アプリ内課金の決済処理

各サービスの詳細

6. Device通信データの取り扱い

本アプリは、Bluetooth Low Energy（BLE）または Wi-Fi（ローカルネットワーク上の WebSocket 通信）を用いて、Kelvarune SDK を導入した ESP32/Arduino 等の Device と直接通信します。BLE スキャン・Wi-Fi 探索で得られる Device の情報や、接続後に送受信する Metric 値・ログ・イベント・コマンドデータは端末内でのみ処理され、当社のサーバーへ自動的にアップロードされることはありません。

6-2. 利用状況データ・広告に関する情報の取り扱い

本アプリは Firebase Analytics および Google AdMob を利用しており、これらのサービスは広告識別子（Android の広告 ID／iOS の IDFA 等）を用いる場合があります。取得した情報は、本アプリの利用状況の分析および広告配信の目的でのみ利用され、当社が第三者への提供や本アプリ以外の用途へ転用することはありません。

iOS 版では、初回起動時に App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可ダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけ、その場合 IDFA を用いないパーソナライズされない形で広告が配信されます。

欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国・スイスからご利用の場合、初回起動時に表示される同意フォームでの選択に基づき、Firebase Analytics による情報収集の可否を制御しています。同意が得られるまでの間、または同意が得られなかった場合、これらの地域からの利用状況データは収集されません。

6-3. Session履歴機能について

本アプリは、Pro 版限定機能として、Device との接続中に記録した Metric 値・ログ・イベント・コマンド実行履歴を「Session」として端末内に保存する機能を備えています。Session の内容は端末内にのみ保存され、当社が自動的に取得することはありません。

Session 履歴は CSV ファイルとして書き出す（エクスポートする）ことができます。書き出されたファイルは、OS 標準の共有機能（メール添付、クラウドストレージ、メッセージアプリ等）を通じてお客様ご自身の判断で保存・共有されるものであり、当社が当該ファイルを取得したりサーバーで処理したりすることはありません。

7. データの保存期間および削除

Firebase Analytics・Crashlytics・AdMob により収集された情報は、各サービス提供者の定める期間、当該サービス提供者のサーバーに保存されます。詳細は各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

端末内に保存される情報（Project の接続先設定、Session 履歴、Dashboard の表示設定等）は、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます（OS の仕様により挙動が異なる場合があります）。

8. セキュリティ

当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止その他の情報の適切な管理のために、必要かつ合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

9. 未成年者の利用

未成年の方が本アプリをご利用になる場合は、あらかじめ親権者等の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

10. 改定

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーの内容を予告なく変更することがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内または当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

This Privacy Policy sets out how Minerva, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information in connection with the application “Kelvarune” (the “App”).

3. Information We Handle

(1) Bluetooth (BLE) and Wi-Fi Communication Data

  • Scan results for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices (device name, signal strength, etc.)
  • Information about devices discovered over Wi-Fi (local network) (device name, IP address/port, etc.)
  • Metric values, logs, events, and command data sent to and received from a connected device (ESP32/Arduino, etc.)

(2) App Usage Data (Firebase Analytics)

  • The choice made when completing onboarding (try a demo / connect a real device)
  • Starting, succeeding at, or failing to connect to a device (connection type, hardware category on success such as “ESP32” or “ESP32-S3”, failure-reason category, etc.)
  • What prompted navigation to the Pro upgrade screen

These events never include a device’s name, Kelvarune Device ID, BLE address, or IP address, nor the content of Metric values, logs, or events, nor any string you enter (a Command value, a note, a Project name, a Session name, etc.). This data collection is on by default; you can turn it off at any time from the “Send diagnostic data” setting in the App.

(3) App Stability and Crash Information (Firebase Crashlytics)

  • App stability information (logs generated on a crash, and technical information such as device model and OS version)

(4) Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

  • Identifiers and usage data used to serve and measure ads

(5) In-app Purchase Data

  • Purchase history and status (Kelvarune Pro). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store / Google Play billing systems; we never receive your payment details such as card numbers

(6) Information Stored Only on Your Device (Never Sent to Our Servers)

  • Saved connection details for a device (Project settings)
  • Session history (a Pro-only feature): Metric values, logs, events, and command execution history recorded while connected
  • In-app settings such as Dashboard display configuration

Note: The information listed in (6) stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

The App does not ask you to enter directly identifying information such as your name, address, or phone number.

The App itself does not obtain precise location information such as GPS, and does not request location permission. However, Google AdMob may collect approximate location information (such as city or region) inferred from your IP address for the purpose of serving ads.

4. Purpose of Use

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the App’s features (monitoring, debugging, and controlling a device, displaying received data, etc.)
  • Identify and fix issues, and improve the App
  • Serve advertising
  • Process in-app purchases
  • Respond to your inquiries
  • Comply with our terms of service and applicable law

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. The App does, however, use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Google User Messaging Platform (Google LLC): consent management for the EEA, UK, Switzerland, etc.

Details for Each Service

6. Handling of Device Communication Data

The App communicates directly, over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or Wi-Fi (WebSocket over the local network), with ESP32/Arduino and similar devices running the Kelvarune SDK. Information obtained from BLE scans and Wi-Fi discovery, and the Metric values, logs, events, and command data exchanged after connecting, are processed entirely on your device and are never automatically uploaded to our servers.

6-2. Handling of Usage and Advertising Data

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Google AdMob, which may use advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA). Information collected is used solely to analyze App usage and to serve advertising; we do not disclose it to third parties or repurpose it beyond these uses.

On iOS, the App shows the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission dialog on first launch. You can still use the App if you decline; in that case, ads are served without personalization and without using the IDFA.

If you are using the App from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, whether Firebase Analytics collects information is controlled by your choice in the consent form shown on first launch. Until consent is given, or if consent is declined, no usage data is collected from these regions.

6-3. Session History Feature

As a Pro-only feature, the App can save the Metric values, logs, events, and command execution history recorded while connected to a device as a “Session,” stored on your device. Session content is stored only on your device and is never automatically obtained by us.

You can export Session history as a CSV file. The exported file is saved or shared entirely at your own discretion using the OS’s standard sharing features (e.g., email attachment, cloud storage, messaging apps); we never obtain or process this file on our servers.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Information collected via Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and AdMob is retained on each provider’s servers for the period defined by that provider. Please refer to each service’s privacy policy for details.

Information stored on your device (Project connection settings, Session history, Dashboard display settings, etc.) is removed when you uninstall the App, though exact behavior may vary by OS.

8. Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate safeguards to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the information we handle, and to otherwise manage it appropriately.

9. Use by Minors

If a minor uses the App, they should first obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy takes effect as soon as it is posted within the App or on our website.
